Position Overview:

Administrative Support

  • Manage and maintain executives' schedules, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and organize meeting materials, agendas, and minutes.
  • Coordinate and facilitate communication between executives, departments, and external stakeholders.

Project Management

  • Assist with the planning and execution of special projects and initiatives.
  • Track project progress, deadlines, and deliverables, ensuring timely completion.
  • Conduct research and provide insights to support decision-making processes.

Communication

  • Draft, proofread, and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
  • Screen and manage incoming communications, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
  • Serve as a liaison between executives and internal/external contacts.

Office Management

  • Oversee office operations and procedures, including maintaining supplies and equipment.
  • Coordinate and plan company events, meetings, and conferences.
  • Ensure a professional and welcoming environment for visitors and staff

Key Responsibilities

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role supporting senior executives.
